Hi all,

Firstly let me just say good luck to everyone thats receiving there GCSE Results today :) and hope that everyone that got there Alevel results were happy and got what they wanted :). Its really nice to meet students that are enrolling and that I can’t believe how fast the time flys seems like it was only a few days ago that I was doing this last year. Anyway so fare we have the executive team come in and do some training as well as team building and organising one of the best events of the year our freshers fair that will be on September 15th in the hall, packed with lots of different organisations, activities and some freebees that you can pick up throughout the day.

Im going to try and keep this blog short (might be one of the few times I mange that:) ). Have to say that winning the NUS awards (Best Further Education union of the year and unionist of the year) was absolutely amazing, I can barley put it into words and non of it would have been possible if it wasn’t for you the students, supporting and getting involved in the Students union (SU) so thank you. This amazing and awesome achievement has motivated me to work even better this year and get more of you involved in the Union so don’t hesitate to pop by or drop an email the door is all ways open and we always what to know what you think so please don’t be a stranger. There are limitless possibilities at the SU.
