How To – customise this website

You can customise your home page to make it look how you want it to by simply following the steps below.

Remember - you will need to be logged in to see your customised screen when you log on next time!

TWITTER and FACEBOOK

If you can not see the twitter and/or FACEBOOK feature on your home page then click onto the ‘widgets’ icon - located just below the login button. 

Once opened you can click onto the ‘twitter’ or ‘FACEBOOK’ text box and it will drop the twitter/FACEBOOK feature straight onto your home page’.  Once there it will become locked and you will not be able to remove it.

OTHER WIDGETS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR HOMEPAGE

You can add the following widgets to customise your home page:
* BBC news
* Flickr
* BBC Sports
* TO DO (add a useful to do tool to your homepage)
* BBC I-player
* Google Maps

You can add and remove these widgets whenever you like by simply clicking onto the widget text button - they will then drop staright onto your home page. You can also then move the widgets around the home page to further customise the page.
